Return or Exchange of your order
To exercise the right it is necessary to send an explicit communication via email to gadget4entertainmentsas@gmail.com
The return request must be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods and must be unused and complete with any particular or accessory equipment described in the product listing. It must be carefully packed and sent by registered mail with return receipt to our office. All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We therefore invite you to contact us to notify us of the return. The buyer must also know that the shipping costs for the replacement of an incorrect or wrong size item are at his own expense.
Personalized items are neither returnable nor refundable pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
