4.1 – The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the time the Customer places the order. This availability must in any case be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to other customers before confirming the order.

4.2 – Even after sending the order confirmation e-mail sent by Gadget4Entertainment, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected with the elimination of the unavailable product and the Customer will be immediately informed via e-mail and subsequently refunded or alternatively the Customer will be given a discount voucher of equal value to be used for subsequent orders.

4.3 – In case of non-response from the Customer (within 48 hours of the communication via email to the registration address provided by the customer) Gadget4Entertainment will send the Customer a discount coupon relating to the part of the expense not fulfilled.

4.4 – If the Customer requests the cancellation of the order, by terminating the contract, Gadget4Entertainment will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the day on which Gadget4Entertainment became aware of the customer’s decision to terminate the contract.

5.1 – For every order placed on the website www.gadget4entertainment.com, Gadget4Entertainment will issue an invoice for the goods shipped. The invoice is available and printable, after the order has been processed, in the “My orders” section of the “My online account” area of ​​the Customer. The invoice will contain the information provided by the Customer during the purchase procedure. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated therein.

5.2 – Delivery costs, if any, are charged to the Customer and are clearly stated during the order phase.

5.3 – No responsibility can be attributed to Gadget4Entertainment in case of delay in order fulfillment or delivery of the order. All delivery times shown on www.gadget4entertainment.com are indicative only estimated on production times, on the availability of the goods and on the delivery times declared by the carrier under “normal” conditions.

Any delivery delays caused by the carrier will not be attributable to Gadget4Entertainment.

Typically, orders for the material in the catalog are processed within 24/48 working hours from the date of payment (excluding holidays), except in cases where a presale order has been placed. In this case, the order will be processed as soon as the item is available in our warehouse. The delivery period of a pre-order item is to be considered indicative.

In some periods of the year such as Christmas and Easter, due to the heavy congestion of orders, the fulfillment of orders may be delayed. Furthermore, the Carrier during these periods could also suffer delays in delivery.

If you choose an uninsured shipping method, there are no refunds from the sender in the event of damaged, lost or stolen goods. The customer who chooses uninsured shipping relieves Gadget4Entertainment from liability in the event of theft, damage and loss as the courier does not reimburse damage, theft or loss on uninsured shipping.

5.5 – Gadget4Entertainment will deliver the ordered products to the address indicated as the “Shipping address”.

If the address provided by the customer is incorrect, any costs of storage, return or return to a different address are charged to the customer.

5.6 – In case of non-collection within 30 working days of the material present in storage at the courier’s warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be automatically returned by the courier to the our operational headquarters. 5.7 – It is allowed to modify orders already entered by communicating any changes to be made to the order.

5.8 – The insured shipping is charged to the Customer who must make a specific request by writing to us by email at gadget4entertainment@gmail.com.

6.1 – In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to Gadget4Entertainment by means of an explicit declaration, which can be sent by email to gadget4entertainment@gmail.com or by accessing the “My orders” section by opening the Returns electronic file. Confirmation via email is also required in the latter case.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to Gadget4Entertainment his will to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

6.2 – The goods must be returned by registered mail with return receipt to: Gadget4Entertainment, at our warehouse located in Via Einstein 38, 20831, Seregno (MB).

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment). Gadget4Entertainment will reimburse using the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer or postepay recharge, and if the Customer intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide Gadget4Entertainment, by accessing the contact us section, the bank details: Account holder, IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for the refund in the case of a bank transfer or the number of the postepay card on which to make the refund.

6.4 – The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Gadget4Entertainment ascertains:

– the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the Gadget4Entertainment headquarters, available to the Customer for collection or re-shipment at your expense.

6.5 – Personalized items are neither returnable nor refundable pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code.

7.1 – Gadget4Entertainment will accept all orders to be delivered in Italy and beyond.
