Shipping

Orders, once payment is received, are immediately processed.
As soon as they are ready, they are sent via the postal service “Registered Mail 1” and / or SDA to be delivered within 24/48 working hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
Upon delivery, a signature is required to collect the package.
Packages will be given tracking codes, which will allow you to check the status of your shipment online.
If the code is not communicated, it is possible to request it by contacting us.

In Italy

Delivery takes place approximately 1-2 working days from the date of shipment (depending on the destination area, excluding Saturdays and Sundays). In the case of personalized items, delivery takes about 2-4 working days.
In the event that you are not present at the delivery, Poste Italiane will leave a stock notice in your mailbox for collection by hand at the post office closest to you.
We therefore invite you to check and go to the indicated mail for collection by hand if your package is in stock.

Attention: It is important to communicate the SURNAME present on the intercom and all the additional data necessary for delivery (examples: shop, office, building, staircase …). If some of this data is not communicated in time before shipment and the package should return for any reason, it will be necessary to pay the cost of shipping again. The same goes for parcels that come back for “completed stock”.

Shipping costs include packaging costs. The cost of shipping throughout the Italian territory is € 6.00. We therefore recommend that you group your items in a single order to save on the final cost. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, as standard shipping costs will be automatically applied to each of them by the system.

Abroad

Delivery takes place after about 7-10 working days from the date of shipment (excluding holidays) if the shipment is destined for Europe. If, on the other hand, the shipment is Extra EU, delivery times are longer and vary from approximately 14-20 working days. In the event that you are not present for the delivery, the local courier will leave a stock notice in your mailbox for collection by hand at the post office closest to you. We therefore invite you to check and go to the indicated mail for collection by hand if your package is in stock.
